If you are a new client, you can begin by calling our main office line at 218-262-9880 or complete a request via Creative Solution's contact form which we will connect you with the clinician who may be the best fit for you or you can request specific clinician if you already have an ideas of whom you would like to connect with.

First Appointment
What to Bring:
- Insurance card (if you were unable to upload this into your client portal).
- Any in person forms (only if your clinician has provided these ahead of time).
Getting Started:
The first appointment is intended to be relaxed and informative. Feel free to bring any questions, worries, or thoughts with you — they’re all welcome here. Your first session is a conversation and we’re here to make the process feel safe and comfortable as much as possible.
You can expect the first appointment to last 60-90 minutes. You will be asked questions about yourself, present concerns you have, history and background.
For children, it is recommended that, if possible, to please leave child(ren) at home for your first visit unless instructed otherwise by clinician. Your provider will ask questions about child, concerns, any behavioral changes, along with child's history and background.
Your clinician will invite you to the Client Portal via email where you'll receive a welcome email containing a Client Portal sign-in link. Prior to your appointment, please complete any intake questionnaires sent via client portal.
Communications from your clinician will come from the no-reply address [email protected]. To make sure these emails are delivered to your inbox, add this sender to your email contacts.
