My clinical expertise allows me to work with individuals experiencing trauma-related disorders, major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, self-harm, crisis, psychosis, chemical dependency, bullying, family conflict, shame, grief, and other major stressors. More recently I have developed a passion for working with neurodivergencies, specifically females with adult-diagnosed ADHD and autism. My therapeutic approach takes principles of trauma-informed care to provide education, understanding, and healing from trauma. I am trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and also utilize a basis of Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Shame Resilience, Structural Dissociation, Somatic Experiencing, and other principles from today's leading trauma experts. I use a mix of talk therapy, EMDR, and creative exercises to assist my clients in discovering who they are, who they want to be, and how to get there.
