My clinical expertise allows me to work with individuals experiencing trauma-related disorders, major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, self-harm, crisis, psychosis, chemical dependency, bullying, family conflict, shame, grief, and other major stressors. More recently I have developed a passion for working with neurodivergencies, specifically females with adult-diagnosed ADHD and autism. My therapeutic approach takes principles of trauma-informed care to provide education, understanding, and healing from trauma. I am trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and also utilize a basis of Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Shame Resilience, Structural Dissociation, and other principles from today's leading trauma experts. I use a mix of talk therapy, EMDR, and creative exercises to assist my clients in discovering who they are, who they want to be, and how to get there.

Meet "Stella" RaeI am Ashley's therapy cat and accompany her regularly at work. From the time I was brought into Ashley's family, I was also introduced to her clients and a therapeutic setting. My personality and Ashley's dream for a therapy cat were a match made in heaven--I enjoy greeting clients, playing with toys, and snuggling up to clients on the couch. I look forward to making you a cat lover just like Ashley!
