I currently provide services to the adolescent and adult populations (13 years and older). Through an insight-oriented lens, I offer compassionate and person-centered approaches to therapy while integrating application of interventions that include clinical trauma-informed principles, cognitive and inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, relational-cultural therapy, and will include creative art expression opportunities to support the therapeutic process so that clients will walk away with strategies they need to adapt and are of value to their unique individual healing journey. My approach allows me to offer the tools, exercises, and resources beneficial to the healing and treatment of individuals struggling with post and acute traumatic stress, anxiety, OCD, grief, shame, depression, relational difficulties, and/or other stressor-related concerns.
What I love most about the therapeutic process is being able to witness one’s profound growth and empowerment through self-realizations and application of their true potential and abilities to reach their identified goals.
